The Oregon Training Institute (OTI) is a nationally recognized, nonprofit professional organization that provides weatherization and energy conservation training. OTI develops and provides better energy solutions for Oregon’s low-income households, helping them reduce their heating and cooling costs, as well as maintain a safe, affordable, and comfortable home. OTI works in partnership with Community Action Partnership of Oregon as well as Community Action Agencies, state agencies, tribal organizations, public and private utilities, and other nonprofit organizations.
