Many people are eligible for help with money because of COVID. Please read the following questions:
- Do you live in Oregon?
- Do you owe rent? Is the rent from April 1, 2020 or later?
- Did you lose a job or income because of COVID?
- There are also limits on how much money you make.
If you answered “yes” to the questions above, you may be able to get help. Contact the Community Action Agency in your area with any additional questions you have about rent and utility assistance. See the map below to find the Community Action Agency in your county.

Community Action Agencies offer many programs and services to help Oregonians, like:
- Housing and Rent
- Child Care (including Head Start)
- Emergency Food and Shelter
- Job Training
