Your OECA Board members have made the decision to move our annual May meeting as far out as we could to hopefully ensure we are all able to get together and have some very positive and definitely ROBUST discussions about new learned practices. Elections are also on the agenda.
The OECA Quarterly Membership meeting has been rescheduled to July 22nd & 23rd, 2020.
If you had already reserved your room(s), the resort will be moving those forward to these new dates and if you have questions please contact them directly after 4-8-2020.
Please take time to complete the registration process so appropriate accommodations can be facilitated, unless you have already registered. Those have been saved.
If you registered but cannot make the July dates, please reach out to Linda Fisher or myself to update your information.
**IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL THOSE PLANNING TO ATTEND COMPLETE A REGISTRATION FORM AND PROXY PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED WHEN APPLICABLE**
The meeting will be held at the scenic Eagle Crest Resort located in Redmond, Oregon– see registration for contact and location information. Please note the Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, Oregon will be releasing the block of rooms after June 19, 2020 and rooms will then be subject to availability and will no longer be offered at the discounted rate. It is highly recommended to secure the room reservation now and if necessary, cancel prior to the 72 hour deadline if participation at the meeting changes.

- 2 Bedroom Condo $279.00
(these room prices did increase slightly as it is height of travel season, but the resort did not increase meeting room prices)

Meeting Schedule & Format
The Training/Technical Assistance and Weatherization Specifications Committee meetings will be held Tuesday night (July 21st) from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. All OECA attendees are welcome to attend the T&TA meeting.
The sub-grantee meeting will begin on Wednesday (July 22nd) at 9:00 am and all members will come together at noon starting with lunch. Thursday’s (July 23rfd) breakfast will begin at 7:00 am with the all members meeting starting at 8:00 am.
Sub-Grantee & Roundtable Topics
Topics may now be submitted to the following individuals for both the separate OHCS Sub-Grantee and round table sessions. It is very important the topics are submitted early so that Lori and Adam have adequate time to structure the discussions and provide transparency with OHCS staff.
Guests, Attendance & Proxy
Attendance is always welcome and appreciated. If the organization’s representative cannot participate, but will be sending a substitute, proxy, etc., please complete the attached form so necessary changes can be made. For additional guests attending the meeting, please complete the attached guest form and mail along with a check to CAPO. (refer to the “Guest Policy – 09-2014”)
