The OECA Quarterly Membership meeting is February 5th to 7th, 2019.  Please take time to complete the registration process so appropriate accommodations can be facilitated.  We will be using the NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS:  Click here to access the registration form. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL THOSE PLANNING TO ATTEND COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM AND GUEST OR PROXY PAPERWORK AS APPLICABLE

Guest & Proxy Attendance

Attendance is always welcome and appreciated.  If the organization’s representative cannot participate, but will be sending a substitute, proxy, etc., please take time to complete the appropriate form below, so necessary changes can be made.  For additional guests attending the meeting, please refer to the “Guest Policy – (09-2014)”.  Please do not hesitate to contact Terry Eagan (503-687-1479 or TerryE@yamhillcap.org)  if you have any questions and/or concerns.

Please complete any of the forms below which are applicable to your situation and return them to the appropriate person.  Guest forms must be returned to the CAPO office along with a check for registration fees.


The meeting will be held at the beautiful Hallmark Resort in Newport, Oregon– see registration for contact and location information.  Please note the Hallmark Resort in Newport, Oregon will be releasing the block of rooms after January 5th, 2019 and rooms will then be subject to availability and will no longer be offered at the discounted rate.  It is highly recommended to secure the room reservation now and if necessary, cancel prior to the 14 day deadline if participation at the meeting changes. Please identify yourself as part of OECA when securing reservations.

Meeting Schedule & Format

The Training/Technical Assistance and Weatherization Specifications Committee meetings will be held Tuesday night (February 5th) from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. All OECA attendees are welcome to attend the T&TA meeting.

The sub-grantee meeting will begin on Wednesday (February 6th) at 9:00 am and all members will come together at noon starting with lunch. Thursday’s (February 7th) breakfast will begin at 7:00 am with the all members meeting starting at 8:00 am.

Sub-Grantee & Roundtable Topics

Topics may now be submitted to the following individuals for both the separate OHCS Sub-Grantee and round table sessions.  It is very important the topics are submitted early so that Lori and Jeremy have adequate time to structure the discussions and provide transparency with OHCS staff.
