“Developing a Strategic Plan from Your Community Needs Assessment”
Thursday, April 26, 2018
8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Red Lion Hotel, Salem Oregon
A follow up to 2017’s interactive session on Community Assessments, this workshop will enable your organization to efficiently build a strategic plan that complies with federal regulatory requirements. Just as importantly, the workshop will focus on converting the community/regional needs you have identified into a focused strategic plan that generates measurable, meaningful results– all this while acknowledging that you have many other responsibilities on your plate. You will leave with a wealth of resource materials and worksheets to bring back to your organization for immediate use.
The workshop is designed and facilitated by Kathi Jaworski from Write-to-Know consulting. As a long-time executive director, she brings a bent toward practicality in her consulting work with both rural and urban nonprofits and collaborations throughout Oregon.
Registration Deadline is April 16th.
This Training will take place at the Red Lion Hotel – 3301 Market Street NE, Salem, OR 97301
